How easy is it to work with ZipSprout?
Once you decide to work with us, we’ll send over our intake form.
You’ll share your target markets, target pages, budget, and any requirements we need to follow. If we need more detail, we’ll follow up, and we may run a kickoff call to align on the pilot.
From there, we handle outreach, coordination, placement management, and live placement details from start to finish.
Most businesses start with a pilot project, then continue month to month if the fit is right.
How do I get started?
Email us and we’ll share our service overview with you that includes examples and pricing.
It’ll also have the intake form you’ll use to share your target page, locations, and any requirements or exclusions. We’ll use that information to scope the pilot or campaign and get the process moving.
If needed, we’ll run a kick off call to answer any questions and align on goals.
Do I need to sign a contract?
Yes. We use a simple MSA to start. It sets the working terms without locking you into a long-term commitment. Most small businesses begin with a defined pilot, and billing is Net 30.

How can we make this work with a limited marketing budget?

We’ll walk you through how our process works, share examples of what we’ve done for other clients, and tailor a plan that fits your budget.
What if our sponsorship budget is small?
Most managed campaigns start with a defined pilot rather than a single sponsorship.
If your budget isn’t a fit for managed service, we can point you resources your team can use to get one or two sponsorship links.
Are you limited to a specific area or city?
No. We’re not restricted to one location, so we can find relevant sponsorship opportunities wherever they make the most sense for your goals.
Can you get only high-DA links?
We can target them, but high-DA sponsorships are less common at the local level and often cost more. Our priority is securing relevant links from trusted local organizations that support real local visibility.
Is a sponsorship considered a donation?
No. It’s a sponsorship where you get something in return, like visibility and a local link. It’s not treated as a charitable donation for tax purposes.
Can I cancel an order after it’s placed?
Yes. We require 30 days’ notice. There may be a $75 fee per placement if a cancellation happens after our team beings link placement.
We’ll always let you know the status before applying any fee.

How do you determine if a link is relevant?
We look at the audience, location, and topic. For local campaigns, we focus heavily on geographic relevance, along with checking domain authority and spam scores when needed.
Do you check spam scores before matching opportunities?
Yes. We only work with sites that have a spam score under 10. Anything higher signals a problem, so we avoid those placements.
Will you always find enough opportunities in my area?
If your target area is very limited, we may eventually run out of local opportunities. In that case, we’ll discuss expanding the radius so we can keep delivering quality links.
How much work will this be for me?
Very little. We handle all communication with the organizations, get the details, and present you with pre-approved options. You just say yes or no, and we take care of the rest.
