How easy is it to work with ZipSprout?
Once you decide to work with us, we’ll send over our intake form.
You’ll share the client’s target markets, target pages, budget, and any requirements we need to follow. If we need more detail, we’ll follow up, and we may run a kickoff call to align on the campaign.
From there, we handle outreach, coordination, placement management, and live placement details from start to finish.
Most agencies start with a pilot project for one client or market, then scale across more clients or markets once the fit is right.

Can you work across multiple locations for our clients?
Yes. When we can search statewide or nationally, there are far more nonprofit options, which helps us deliver a wider variety of links more quickly.
How do we get started with a new client?
Contact our team. We’ll share our service overview with you that includes examples and pricing.
It will also have the intake form you’ll use to share your client’s target page, target markets, budget, and any requirements or exclusions. We’ll use that information to scope the pilot or campaign and get the process moving.
If needed, we’ll run a kick off call to answer any questions and align on goals.
Is there a notice period for cancellations?
Yes. We require 30 days’ notice. There may be a $75 fee per placement if a cancellation happens after our team beings link placement.
We’ll always let you know the status before applying any fee.
Are sponsorships considered donations for our clients?
No. Sponsorships provide benefits such as visibility and a local link, so they’re not classified as charitable donations for tax purposes.

We can work within your DA or DR targets, but in local link building, relevancy matters most.
Some of the best community links may have a DA or DR as low as 7. And they can still drive highly qualified local traffic.
